New tools for customers
Miva 10.11 delivers the right tools to improve ecommerce management. Ecommerce pioneer Miva, Inc. has released version 10.11 of its platform. This update introduces tools for greater control over pricing, shipping costs and cash management. Sellers can set prices as accurately as less than $0.01 (one cent) and sizes smaller than 20 places. The updated module provides flexible financial tools, tax management and other rules to improve the checkout process.
Temu is open to all US sellers. For the past six months, China’s Temu store has invited US retailers to join its site. Temu has opened the application process for any US brand or retailer. According to Temu, applications only take 10 minutes and are processed within one business day. Additionally, Temu sellers can ship directly from US warehouses.

According to MikMak, this enables multichannel brands to unlock a more comprehensive view of their performance quickly and easily.
Fulfillment partners Cirro and Loop will facilitate returns for retailers and brands. Cirro Fulfillment, a global provider of ecommerce models, has partnered with Loop, a reverse engineering system, to improve the return process. Cirro says the integration with Loop’s automated portal enables customers to initiate returns, request exchanges, or secure refunds effortlessly. The system reduces manual work, makes return management faster and more efficient, thus improving the customer experience.
FedEx introduces new and improved tools for secure package delivery. FedEx has upgraded its package tracking and visibility features on its mobile app. Map view shows real-time delivery truck locations and latest stamps. Video display of delivery attempts provides customers with a photo of the door tag in the event of a missed delivery to see exactly when a delivery was attempted.
